WHAT CAN I BUY?

We sell plastic and paper products, from bags to packaging. If you can’t find what you need, please contact us.

IS IT COMPULSORY TO REGISTER ON THE SITE TO MAKE PURCHASES?

Yes. We want to ensure that your data is safe with us.

I LIVE OUTSIDE MAINLAND PORTUGAL. CAN I SHOP?

Yes. When placing your order, please indicate the delivery destination so that postage can be calculated. Any legal restrictions or customs costs on the entry of products into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you wish to do so, you should do so as soon as possible. In order to guarantee cancellation, you should contact Customer Service to confirm that the order has not yet been dispatched. You can check the status of the order in your account, where you have access to the record of all orders and their information. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to consider canceling it.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

Yes. Minimum order values are directly linked to minimum order quantities, which vary depending on the product.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We can also deliver your order to your place of work, or any other location you indicate, as long as it is within our delivery perimeter, which is limited by law to the municipalities of Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Braga, Vizela, Felgueiras, Santo Tirso and Fafe.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS?

Deliveries are made daily within the municipalities covered. For orders placed at home or at the workplace, the delivery time by our courier will be as follows:

– Orders placed by 4pm, delivered by 8pm.

– Orders placed after 4pm, delivered the following day by 8pm.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

When you finalize your order, you will receive an automatic reply notifying you that the order has been processed.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY?

At the end of the purchase process, and in the case of non-personalized products, the system will inform you of the amount you have to pay, including any discounts and postage (if applicable).

If you are purchasing personalized products, the amount of the order will be communicated to you by email or telephone.

CAN I PAY AS I SEE FIT?

Bearing in mind that the payment method depends on the delivery method chosen, within the possibilities available, you can choose the one that is most convenient for you.

IS MY PRIVACY GUARANTEED?

Yes. For this to happen, we ask you to register. This way you enter a secure space. For more information, please consult the “Privacy Policies” chapter.
