ORDERS SHIPPING

1. Delivery Details
The address entered after registering on the website will automatically appear at checkout as the destination for sending the order.
If you haven’t entered your address yet, you can do so by accessing your personal panel and configuring both your Billing Address and Shipping Address in the “Addresses” tab.
If you want the order to be delivered to another address, simply select “Send to a different address?” at checkout and fill in the new shipping details.
If you think it’s convenient, you can leave some comments about your delivery in the “Notes about your order” field. You can, for example, inform us that we will not be able to deliver on certain dates and mention when it can be delivered.
All orders are made by direct delivery, with the amount charged by the carrier on the invoice.
Your delivery will take an estimated 5 working days.
2. Select the Payment Method
All items shown do not include VAT at the legal rate in force. You can check the surcharge in “View Cart” or on the final invoice.
The payment methods available are:
  • ATM reference
  • Credit Card
  • ATM/TPA
3. Order Details
After selecting the delivery and payment method, you will see “Confirm Order”. Check the data displayed:
  • Your data
  • Billing details and payment method
  • Summary of the type and quantity of items to be ordered, with detailed subtotal lines.
  • Value of postage, type and amount of VAT and final total value.
  • Details of payment methods and other useful information.
If everything is correct and according to your preferences, you can confirm the order. You must first read and accept the Terms and Conditions and then select the “Checkout” option.
